He has vast experience of 45 years in the field of Real Estate Investments, Developments, Construction and Consultancy Services for External, Internal Electrification, Grid Stations and Transmission Lines etc of housing schemes and multistory buildings. He has many famous projects to his credit but “Valancia Homes” and “Bahria Town” are the most prominent. He is an active member of Executive Committee “Association of Builders and Developers of Pakistan North Region (ABAD-N)” and contributes his best for the organization. He also patronizes the business of solar energy solutions being conducted by READ Solar (Pvt) Ltd.
He is a professional Electrical Engineer, having experience of 48 years in management of high profile offices and has expertise in planning, designing, construction and operation of electrical transmission lines, grid stations and distribution system. He is engaged in consultancy of electrical distribution system and grid stations for private housing schemes and public sector. Since last 14 years he is also managing the Real Estate Development Projects.
He has vast working experience in WAPDA and Saudi Electric Supply Company and has expertise in planning, design, specifications, tendering and project management of Electricity Distribution System. He is a part of the management team of READ Group.
He is professional builder duly licensed by Master Builder Association Melbourne Australia. He has vast experience of 20 years in the field of Real Estate Developments and construction in Pakistan as well as in Australia.
He is involved in managing all aspects of solar energy installation and after-sales services, over the period of last 10 years.
With the experience of 10 years in managing businesses through operational and financial strategies, he involves in construction projects by planning, budgeting, and making key decisions to ensure that construction projects are in conformity with the proposed plan.
He has a vast experience in real estate marketing and managing its legal aspects.
He has been managing the Real Estate marketing, management and development since last 15 years with READ Group. He has experience of 36 years in banking / financial institutions of project construction, supervision, management, monitoring, credit administration and procurement of machinery.
He is a professional Electrical Engineer, having experience of more than 41 years in the field of design, project management, tender management & procurement of high voltage grid stations and transmission lines. He has also experience of operation and maintenance of grid station and distribution networks including metering systems. He has worked in WAPDA / LESCO in Pakistan as well as Multinational Companies in KSA.
He is specialized in designing and installation of renewable energy projects and he is well-experienced in the completion of residential, commercial, industrial and tube well, etc solar projects.
He has more than 20 years of expertise as a finance specialist. As well as having a firm grasp of financial management, costing, budgeting, taxation, banking operations, and project planning and management.
