READ Group is using its own funds for investments and developments in the real estate sector. However, mission of the READ Group is to provide a secure, trustworthy, transparent and profitable forum in the real estate business as an alternative to persons who deposit, for any reason, their funds in banks and earn interest (Riba), which is strictly prohibited in Islam as mentioned in Quran:

يٰٓاَيُّهَا الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْا اتَّقُوا اللّٰهَ وَذَرُوْا مَابَقِىَ مِنَ الرِّبٰوا اِنْ كُنْتُمْ مُّوْمِنِيْنَ  فَاِنْ لَّمْ تَفْعَلُوْا فَاْذَنُوْا بِحَرْبٍ مِّنَ اللّٰهِ وَرَسُوْلِهٖ. وَاِنْ تُبْتُمْ فَلَكُمْ رُءُوْسُ اَمْوَالِكُمْ لَا تَظْلِمُوْنَ وَلَا تُظْلَمُوْنَ (القرآن2:279)

 اے ایمان والو! اللہ سے ڈرو اور جو کچھ بھی سود میں سے باقی رہ گیا ہے چھوڑ دو اگر تم (صدقِ دل سے) ایمان رکھتے ہو

خبردارپھر اگر تم نے ایسا نہ کیا تو اللہ اور اس کے رسول (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی طرف سے اعلان جنگ پر  ہو جاؤ، اور اگر تم توبہ کر لو تو تمہارے لیے تمہارے اصل مال (جائز) ہیں، (اِس صورت میں) نہ تم خود ظلم کرو گے اور نہ تم پر ظلم کیا جائے گا

O you who have believed, fear Allah and give up what remains [due to you] of interest if you should be believers. And if you do not, then be informed of a war [against you] from Allah and His Messenger. But if you repent, you may have your principal – [thus] you do no wrong, nor are you wronged.
